2. Description of Service
AppKestrel provides analytics and monitoring tools for iOS app developers to track power performance metrics including battery drain, hang rates, and disk writes using data from Apple's App Store Connect API.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. App Store Connect Integration
To use AppKestrel, you must provide valid App Store Connect API credentials. You represent that you have the authority to access the data associated with those credentials and that your use complies with Apple's terms of service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
AppKestrel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
